Nasim Taheri, M.D. Center Lead Physician

Dr. Nasim Taheri is a geriatrician and Center Lead Physician at On Lok PACE. She is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Physicians and in geriatrics medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Taheri joined On Lok shortly after completing her fellowship. She is a recipient of the Stephen Permut, MD award for medical knowledge and compassion.

She enjoys playing tennis, swimming, learning about different cultures, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Taheri speaks English and Farsi.
